Brilliant hard working staff dealing with more patients than is reasonable.
Was REFUSED home Visit for my elderly father even when told he was short of breath, &the farcical repeat prescription suppose to be just 2 Days & today was told at Stoke pharmacy takes 4days!!??,2days at surgery & 2 days at pharmacy!!?? Marvelous isn't it all this time I've been collecting my fathers prescription it's taken 2days even if I've had too wait for it,So much for Progress,but then again they DONT CARE!
This surgery is one of the best in Plymouth. Very caring staff and all the doctors I have seen over the years take the time to look after you.
Never answer the phone takes ages to see anyone and then you are told you have just a couple of mins to sort things. may as well go to the chemists.
Sometimes good, feel like my problems more or less get chucked to one side,To get through how busy it gets. Phoning up is always an issue as I'll wait on the phone for 20 mins everytime to get through, even when it says in no.1 in the line.
