This surgery has really gone down hill the moan like hell about the cost of missed doctor appointment they always run late so far a hour to day and I ask them the cost to the nhs for doctors running later they got really funny. When I tryed to rebook they tell you to the online which never has appointment oh well hopefully I will be seen today at some point
Awful receptionist. Have no idea about anything. All they do is book test and give report. THATS ALL.Why the test was booked?Is that problem solved?Answer is- I will book another appointment for you.
I have had problems phoning the triage people first thing in the morning..... BUT it's understandably hectic! I've never had an issue with any of the staff..... from reception to the GP service.I've always felt listed to and that I am important!
Friendly and helpful reception. Fantastic nurses and helpful doctors. Only 2 negatives for me so far.. 1 is not being able to book appointments unless they are the same day or weeks and weeks in advance.The other is that the phones are not sorted and I've rung about 20 times today and never getting through to anyone.
Ive never struggled so much to book an appointment in all my life. Assuming someone picks up the phone, Ive been told to call up at 8am for an appointment on the day - as they only take appointments for the day? What utter nonsense!
