Nice place if you have no idea what car you want as they do loads of different makes. Unfortunately the price on the car wasn't what we ended up paying. It was about 50 More a month so not too happy with that. I didn't purchase.
Bought our Qashqui a few years ago and were thrilled with the service and the car. Contacted them 3 times yesterday and asked their service department to call back as and had held on a few times, no call back. I spoke online to them this morning and now after 4pm no call back.We wanted a fault with our car repaired and just needed some advice as the car was not operational. We were then going to look at new car and trade in....not now, we have used a company interested in doing business.
Always been customer service focused and do their best for me. Long standing customer for many years now and I've found them consistently good. Sure not the cheapest but reliable and willing to help in a welcoming way and keep my custom. Highly recommended best value.
