First rate profiteers...the worst vets in Hereford..Charged me 190 after running a series of in house and external tests only to then prescribe me ear drops worth 15 for a standard yeast infection!!This isnt the first time they have completely run away with investigations and tests for what could have been a escalation of treatment steps to try and keep costs down.When complained to, their reaction is to insinuate they care more about your pet than you do and guilt trip you into acquiescence. Staff are rude, condescending and intolerant of customer opinion and conplaints and overall smug in their mode of operation and try to bully customers by closing ranks and creating conflict instead of listening and admitting malpractice when caught red-handed. The vets and mamagers constamtly wheeling out comparison to the NHS coverage as an yardstick for their higher level of care. Delusions of grandeur apparent throughout. The rotund smug bloke on the front desk is especially arrogant too. Actually thinks hes a vet from my experience.Essentially a bunch of pirates that will inflate their costs to the max through doing every possible investigation they can get away with, in hope that you have insurance and you only pay your excess. Steer clear of this disgusting business if you like to pay for only what treatment you need and be treated with respect and like a valued paying customer. One star only because I cannot give minus 10 stars
