I have just had my birthday pamper treat from my boyfriend, a massage, from the Secret Day Spa and I couldnt be happier or more relaxed from my experience. My masseuse was fantastic, the ambience of my treatment room was so beautiful and tranquil and the relaxation room, plus the care and client aftercare, was second to none! Ive been to a few spas over the years but will be definitely putting Secret Day Spa vouchers on my Christmas list!

I visited here a year and a half ago as wanted to chat to someone about getting my make up done for my wedding. I was definitely considering booking in as it's near where I live. I asked the make up artist if she could advise how she could make my undereye dark circles and bags less noticeable. Instead of saying she could do this or that, she basically told me there was virtually nothing she could do and had I considered surgery!!! I jest you not. I left very quickly and went home in tears and disallusioned. They obviously only want to help you if you're more or less perfect. Avoid!!!!! I ended up going somewhere else in Belfast and they fixed me right up and couldn't be more helpful.
Went for an eyebrow wax, and eyelash and eyebrow tint. The list of problems was as follows:- Didn't take my make up off - Careless rushed waxing that didn't take everything off and left me with eyebrow wax in my hair! - Waxing strangely and scarily close to my eyelid, and without holding my skin taught so i was scared my skin was going to tear- Glue left on my eyebrows- Too much tint on lashes - Could feel it start to burn but therapist had left the room so i couldn't ask her to take it off. Hadn't introduced herself so i couldn't call her back- When she came back she said the burning meant it was ready!!- Friendly but rushed and unbelievably unprofessional. Seemed distracted and impatient to get home at the end of the day. - Not relaxing, luxurious or what I expected from the Secret Day Spa, having been before- My husband bought me an eye wash to use before bed to help with the stinging- Was literally a scary experience. Have money left on a voucher for the salon but won't be back to use it.I didn't voice my concerns at the time out of shock and wanting to get home asap to wash my eyes! Three days later the skin under my left eyebrow is peeling from the rough waxing. I don't want anyone else to go through this.
Had a back, neck and scalp massage done today, amazing. Just want to thank the girl called amy who done it. 100% very good and professional.
