Very small business without quality of staff or customer support framework. They sell policies on behalf of other companies at reasonable rates, but very unfriendly and evidently either have lack of capital or bad training but terribly unhelpful and have tried to cancel an 8 monthly insurance for a couple of months now without any luck.A claim was opened in light of an enquiry but never processed. Third party cant close neither can protectivity so.. guess Im stuck with insurance for a business I no longer operate.
Always impressed with the service and prices. I have used Protectivity for years and they have always been helpful meeting my needs. I highly recommend.
I registered on line which was easy enough but never received any paperwork and also the number it asks you to ring goes dead when you try to call ?
